YOUR DONATIONS
For a good cause...
We all know that every child wants to return to school with new clothes, shoes and supplies. This is not the case for orphans living in a third-world country. If they have access to education, they have to wear the same dirty, raggedy clothes month after month, year after year until they literally get torn to pieces, and because clean water is not accessible, their clothes are often not washed except by the rain.
Your donations can make a difference and make it possible for the children to look forward to returning to school with decent clothes.
"As often as you did it for one of the least of my brothers and sisters, you did it for me." Matthew 25:4
Where do your donations go?
Any donations we receive, including revenue generated from your donation of tangible items (clothing, consumer goods, household, etc) is channeled directly back to Gleam Of Hope Orphanage mission of providing food, medicine and other necessities to individuals, and families who lack these essentials due to famine, poverty, or natural disasters.
After distribution, the remaining items are sold at low costs, to the people of the community who can afford it, to earn revenue that goes into running GOH.
When deciding what to donate to Gleam Of Hope, Please donate items that are in good or working condition. When Gleam Of Hope receives items that cannot be used or sold (broken, damaged, torn, or a safety risk) - Gleam Of Hope will dispose or return them, thus, raising expenses and reducing the revenue available for our mission.
Please call the Gleam of Hope's support team at 1(215) 298-2722 if you need help with your decision. We will be more than happy to offer our support - and our friendly staff will be there to help get your item(s) to our donation sites.
Our Gratitude to supporters...
Gleam of Hope would never have made the positive impact that it has on the lives of these children had it not been for the support and donations of our corporate and individual sponsors.
We are deeply grateful for the compassion they have shown toward this cause. You have not only remembered the less fortunate in thought and prayers alone. You have remembered them by your deeds! Thank you for serving and for allowing us to serve the less fortunate.
